Parker, Colorado has been our home since 1987. We moved here from Austin, Texas with our three small children, who went through the entire local school system—from kindergarten to graduation. Decades later, we still can’t imagine living anywhere else. We love Parker—and we know you will too.

Parker is a home rule municipality in Douglas County, located just 23 miles southeast of Downtown Denver. Nestled on the southeastern edge of the Denver Metro Area, Parker offers residents the charm of a small town with easy access to urban amenities. Founded in 1864, Parker was once a quiet rural outpost with just 225 residents in 1981. Today, the town has grown into a thriving suburban hub with a population of over 58,000 (including unincorporated areas).
