It's always amazing to us how surprised many of our out of state home buyers are, when it comes to what they expected to see, here in Parker, Colorado. If you look at it on the map, you would think that we're just a town southeast of Denver...out on the plains.
But, in reality, we are actually higher in elevation than Denver and the rest of the Front Range. And, we have some of the most beautiful forested areas in Colorado.
We thought it would be fun to do an aerial video of the home of one of our clients. This is a spectacular 35 acre estate that sits a few miles south of downtown Parker. We think you will agree that it does not look like it's sitting out on the eastern plains of Colorado.
If you're considering a move to the Denver area, you should consider Parker, Colorado and her surrounding towns and communities.
We say it over and over. "Parker Colorado is one of the best small towns in America". Well, it really is . It's been voted best town in all kinds of surveys from CNN to Money Magazine and more. We thought it would be good to spend a day driving around Parker and videoing some of our "cool" places. If you would like to get a feel for Parker, take a ride with us in this video. Now, it's not exactly professional. We're real estate people, not movie makers.
